The Squirrel Buster Plus, a deluxe truly squirrel-proof bird feeder, holds 3 quarts/5.1 pounds of bird seed. This largest-capacity model is also our most popular, and it comes with a Free Cardinal Ring, though other accessories are available as well.
Designed to be Truly Squirrel-Proof, the Squirrel Buster Plus features openings in the shroud that align with the feeding ports, providing birds access to the food. When a squirrel climbs onto the feeder, its weight automatically forces the shroud down, closing access to the ports. Squirrels and some large birds are foiled but not harmed in any way.
The Squirrel Buster Plus pays for itself in Saved Seed, as squirrels can no longer steal your wild bird seed. Over a short period of time, this adds up to substantial savings that will cover the cost of the feeder.
The feeder's Weight Adjustable Patented spring mechanism controls how much weight the shroud will support, allowing the birds to feed. Any additional weight will activate the closing mechanism.
